At Custom Creations Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your custom pen or journal, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or report any issues with your order.

  • Items must be in original condition with original packaging
  • Items should be unused and unworn (for pens, unused ink)
  • Original documentation and certificates of authenticity included
  • Contact us to receive a prepaid shipping label

Premade Products Returns

Premade pens and journals are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The item doesn't match the description on our website
  • You've changed your mind (full refund minus shipping costs)

Refund Amount: Full product price minus original shipping cost

Custom Orders

Custom orders have special handling due to their personalized nature:

Design Approval Phase

You'll review and approve your custom design before crafting begins. If you're not satisfied with the design, we'll make adjustments at no charge.

After Crafting Begins

Once production has begun, cancellations are not available. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will deliver the item as designed.

Quality Issues

If your custom item has quality issues or doesn't match the approved design, we'll remake it at no cost or issue a full refund.

Refund Process

Full refunds for custom items are available only if the item hasn't shipped. Once shipped, returns follow our standard 30-day policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with quality issues:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We'll provide a replacement item at no charge
  • Or issue a full refund (including shipping) if you prefer
  • We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label

Important: Please report damage within 7 days of delivery for the best resolution.

  • Gifts with original packaging removed
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Orders made as final sale or clearance

How to Initiate a Return

  2. 2 We'll confirm the return is eligible and send you a prepaid shipping label
  3. 3 Package your item securely in original packaging if possible
  4. 4 Drop off your package at your nearest USPS location
  5. 5 We'll process your refund once we receive and inspect the item
